I am a qualified online counsellor supporting adults, children, and young people across the UK. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in patterns they want to change. My aim is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and begin moving towards a healthier and more balanced life.
My journey into counselling began through my own life experiences. As a young adult, I experienced trauma and understand first-hand how heavy and isolating life can feel during difficult times. My own experience of therapy showed me how powerful the right support can be and how much it can change confidence, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. That experience ultimately led me to train and qualify as a therapist so I could support others in their healing and growth.
Alongside my professional training, my experience as a single mother has shaped who I am both personally and professionally. It has taught me resilience, adaptability, organisation, and emotional strength. These life experiences help me connect with many of the challenges clients face, whether they relate to family life, relationships, stress, or navigating periods of change or uncertainty.
In addition to my private practice, I also work within primary and secondary schools, supporting children and young people with emotional wellbeing, confidence, anxiety, and managing strong feelings such as anger or distress. This work allows me to help young people develop emotional awareness, coping strategies, and healthier ways of expressing themselves so they can feel safer and more able to engage in school and relationships.
In my therapy work, I aim to provide a confidential and supportive online space where you feel heard and respected. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am warm and compassionate, while also being honest and gently challenging when needed. I believe therapy is not just about being listened to — it is about helping you understand patterns, gain insight, and develop practical tools that support real change.
I am particularly interested in how past and present relationships shape our thoughts, behaviours, and emotional responses. Together, we may explore these patterns and work towards healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Where helpful, I also offer therapeutic tools, reflective exercises, and CBT-informed strategies to support your progress between sessions.
Alongside my counselling work, I am also the author of The Self-Love Workbook and How to Journal Guide, which reflect my passion for helping people build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and self-compassion beyond the therapy room.
I feel privileged to work with people during vulnerable times in their lives. Trust, integrity, and respect are at the heart of my practice, and I am committed to offering a professional, ethical, and supportive therapeutic relationship where meaningful change is possible.
