You could be wondering why I am a therapist….. here’s a little bit about me I live in Essex with my three daughters and work part time with the NHS. I experienced my own trauma as a young adult and can empathise with how difficult it can be to overcome this. I had a long journey through therapy and have experienced how powerful it can be and the impact it has had on my life and relationships. Dealing with my own trauma has led me to qualify as a counsellor.
I feel privileged that the people I have counselled trust me at times in their life when they are going through personal distress with their feelings, thoughts and memories. Integrity and trust is very important to me and am committed to offering an honest, safe, respectful and confidential relationship in which we can work together.
