Supervision

I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you.  I am an Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor specialising in utilising the Seven-Eyed Model.  I’m here to guide and support you through a comprehensive approach to supervision that considers various perspectives and dimensions, much like the seven lenses of the model.

The Seven-Eyed Model, originally conceived by Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet, offers a holistic framework for reflecting upon complex interactions and situations within the supervisory process.  Each ‘eye’ represents a distinct vantage point, enabling us to delve deeply into different facets of the work you engage in, fostering growth, insight and effective strategies.

As a counselling supervisor, I believe in the importance of providing a safe and non-judgmental space for counsellors to explore their clinical work, challenges, and successes. My supervision sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each supervisee, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques to support their professional development.
